1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Riqueza Design website (riquezadesign.com), or engaging our services — including interior design consultation, Xcel Academy courses, and The Pod by Riqueza studio bookings — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or site.

2. Services

RIID ARCHITECTURE LIMITED operates under the following brands:

• Design by Riqueza — Residential and commercial interior design services
• Xcel by Riqueza — Interior design education and professional training
• The Pod by Riqueza — Podcast studio rental and production services

All services are provided in accordance with the specific agreements, proposals, or booking terms issued for each engagement.

3. Bookings & Payments

Interior Design: No payment is required for initial inquiries. A formal proposal and fee schedule will be provided upon consultation.

Xcel Academy: Course fees must be paid via bank transfer to the account provided on our site. A non-refundable registration fee applies. Full payment or the first installment must be received before course commencement.

The Pod by Riqueza: Studio bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the applicable deposit. Payments are made via bank transfer to the designated account.

All prices listed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Xcel Academy: The registration fee is non-refundable. Course fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested before the second class session. After the second session, no refunds will be issued.

Podcast Studio: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.

Interior Design: Cancellation terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of RIID ARCHITECTURE LIMITED unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

7. Limitation of Liability

RIID ARCHITECTURE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website uses FormSubmit for form handling. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
